Girum Ketema (PhD Candidate, SCHRM-CP, MBA, PGDip in International Finance, PGDip in Strategic Management, BA in Marketing Management)

Mr. Girum is highly qualified and experienced professional with the basic and necessary skills to provide senior leadership. He has over 25 years of national and international experience of Organizational Management and Leadership, Project Management, Financial Management, Human Resources Management and Operations. He has worked for renowned international Nongovernmental Organizations with various capacities ranging from Technical Expert positions to Senior Management responsibilities. He is familiar with various donor rules and regulation including USAID, EU, EC, Global Fund, Bill and Gates Foundation, DIFD, SIDA, DANIDA, Private foundations, etc.
He has worked with CARE International, Save the Children, IntraHealth International, Inc. and PATH in Ethiopia. He has also worked for a private company based in Dubai and China for almost 2 years. His latest assignment was with UN in South Sudan where he spent a year and half. He is well versed with operational policies and procedures design, review and implementation with excellent man management skills. He has contributed for successful implementation of various projects during his enduring professional career.

Andinet Shiferaw (BA Management, Diploma in Accounting)

In his 22 years of professional career, Mr. Andinet has worked for Government and Private Enterprises with various capacities ranging from Accountant to Head of Finance. He has substantial finance and management experience mostly with service industry including management of mega construction projects within Ethiopia. He currently serves as a Finance and Business Advisor for grade 1 contractors and manufacturing plants whereby he extends his professional service, advice and consultation since the last 5 years.  Andinet is a management graduate combined with Diploma in Accounting from state universities in Ethiopia.

Ephrem Nega (ACCA level 2, BA Business Management, Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Diploma in Accounting)

With over 22 years of Finance and Accounting experience, Mr. Ephrem has extensive Accounts management, Budgeting, and Reporting experience within the private industry including service and manufacturing. He assumed expert to head of unit responsibilities in his enduring professional experience with hands on knowledge in Ethiopian taxation, Audit and Reporting requirements.
Ephrem worked for the state-owned Emergency Relief Transport Enterprise at his early professional career and later joined CPU Business and Information Technology College with Senior Accountant role. He has been promoted to the Head of Finance role since 2007 leading the finance and accounts team of the college. In his part time, Ephrem also provides accounting courses at the college which exposed him to extend his technical and academic knowledge over the last 5 years.
Ephrem graduated with Business Management Degree and holds Diplomas in Computer Science and Accounting. He currently attends ACCA to qualify as a CPA.
